THE EGO

It has taken me a long time to realize that the ego is not me, but merely part of me। But, then, I had a very strong ego, which has helped me survive as a writer; but has also caused problems in my life। Anyhow, here are some quotes from A Course in Miracles that I think are interesting:

The ego is a wrong-minded attempt to perceive yourself as you wish to be, rather than as you are.
